An outline of how we refurbish your floors to make the look fabulous again!

Stripping:
Pre-existing seals or finishes may have failed and over the years dirt and grime have built up over the surface making floors look unattractive by being dull and having built up dirt which is highly visible in areas. We completely strip the floor of the dirt, grime and the old damaged layers of seals and polishes.

Cleaning and Neutralising:
Your floor is then rinsed clean and concentrate on any areas that require further cleaning to bring the stone back to looking its best. Once this process is completed the floor is then neutralised ready for the next stage.

Sealing, so why seal Stone?
As natural stone is porous, without adequate protection it will absorb spilled liquids which in some instances will cause staining. Even tap water contains minerals, salts and chlorine which are all potentially damaging to some stones. We don’t just put one application on!! We believe in giving you a finish that will last years, therefore we always apply at least 2 seals, and depending on test results, more until we know the stone is properly sealed. So, Hampshire Hard Floor Care sealing process will not only enhance the natural beauty of the stone, protects against staining, it helps in the easier maintenance of the floor meaning your floors are always looking their best.

Polishing and other finishes:
To finish the whole process off we have different finishes for Stone and hard flooring. Depending on style you want you can have a protective, Hard Wearing, Durable natural finish up to a high gloss finish which is hard wearing and will look fabulous for years to come.

Hard Floor Seal
IMPORTANT!
Why not protect your hard floor with a professional sealer to create an invisible barrier which reduces penetration of spills and dirt. When Richard comes out to quote you can talk to him about how the sealer is professionally applied, as sealers which are not can still be a sponge to spills.
