Hampshire Hard Floor Care is a husband-and-wife team dedicated to restoring stone, tile, LVT and hard floors safely and professionally. Established in 2014, we bring specialist knowledge, advanced equipment, and environmentally conscious methods to every project—whether it’s a country home hallway, a kitchen floor, or a luxury stone worktop.

We’ve restored surfaces across Hampshire and internationally, including stone projects aboard cruise ships such as the Queen Mary 2, Britannia and Queen Elizabeth. Hampshire Hard Floor Care has been operating since 2014 and is built on a simple principle: restore every floor correctly, safely, and with the most environmentally responsible products suitable for the task. As a husband-and-wife team, Richard and Michelle take great pride in delivering meticulous workmanship and genuinely personal service, ensuring every client feels confident, informed, and looked after from start to finish.

Our fully qualified technician, Richard Lee-Costello, brings extensive experience to every project. Before founding Hampshire Hard Floor Care, Richard managed carpet, hard floor, and upholstery maintenance across multiple Showcase Cinema sites and previously worked for Miracle Steam Cleaners in Coventry. His background in both commercial and specialist cleaning environments provides a strong technical foundation, particularly in understanding complex materials and long-term floor care.

We have also been trusted to restore a wide range of natural and man-made stone surfaces aboard cruise ships, including the Queen Mary 2, Britannia, and Queen Elizabeth, completing projects in locations such as Germany and Singapore. These high-level assignments demand exceptional planning, precision, logistics, and adherence to strict standards—skills that Richard and Michelle bring to every project they undertake.

And while we have completed large-scale international work, the same detail, planning, and care is applied to your kitchen floor, worktop, bathroom tiles, or vanity unit. Whether it’s a country home hallway or a small residential ensuite, every surface receives our full attention and expertise.

Hampshire Hard Floor Care is run by husband-and-wife team Richard and Michelle Lee-Costello, both highly skilled in stone and hard floor restoration and dedicated to delivering exceptional results with a personal, friendly approach.

Richard is a fully qualified technician with extensive experience across residential properties, commercial sites, and international cruise ship projects. His technical knowledge, precision, and problem-solving ability ensure every surface is restored safely and correctly.

Michelle is equally experienced, working hands-on with Richard on cleaning, restoration and sealing processes. She brings strong technical understanding, excellent attention to detail, and a methodical approach to every project. Alongside her on-site expertise, Michelle also manages customer communication and planning to ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
